It’s hard to predict if Disney will announce free dining again this year and past performance is not indicative of future performance, just look at the stock market. But on this weeks show we look at the rumors and with some analysis of the state of the economy, room count, and overall Orlando hotel numbers we have some educated “guesses” as to what we think could happen later this year.
That being said, I would not gamble with your Disney vacation, and would suggest you book it and have it all set instead of waiting in the hopes that something better like Free Dining may come out. Even if free dining is announced you can always have your agent move you to that promotion if it is better for you.

Currently I’m going week of August 19,2012…the ONLY week in the Summer with no Discount…just doesn’t make any sense!
So when do you think they might relase dates, if any, for free dining from Sept – Dec? We are checking in to WDW on Oct 15, 2012. I check everyday for new specials. Would I have a better chance of greating free dinng if I held a Disney Visa Card? I would apply for on if you think that would help.
To help with your question on September dates, I have read several places that free dining will be offered from August 25th through September 29th; after that its hard to say with how Disney releases this information. Booking in suite-style rooms will exclude you from being able to add free dining apparently.
