Getting around Walt Disney World
I am sure you have noticed the purple signs when you drive into Walt Disney World
These iconic signs that cover the over 42 sq, miles of Disney property is actually a graphic design project that was carefully constructed to help guest navigate the Disney World Property. By dividing the Walt Disney Property into several main districts and using unique sign colors, guests that have never been to Walt Disney World can navigate from the parks to the resorts fairly easily.
We have Andy, who did a project on the Walt Disney Company signage, and he takes us through the design aspects of these iconic street signs on this weeks Mouse Chat podcast.
