How to book a Disney Group with Fastpasses?

We are glad to have everyone along for another Mouse Chat. On this show we cover the latest Disney Parks News as well as answer your questions from our Mouse Chat mail bag.
We also traveled to Disney World in a very large group and would love to share some pointers with you to help you plan your Disney World Group event when it comes to the new Fast Pass System.

Disney Corporate Events and Disney Groups
How does FastPass+ work with groups?

If you are a regular family taking a Walt Disney World family vacation you can easily sign up with My Disney experience online yourself or make it even easier with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner travel agent. Then you or your agent can book your fastpass+ ride, attraction, and parade reservations for your stay on Disney property. If you are a group going to Disney World it can get very complex to get everyone linked together in My Disney Experience so everyone has fastpasses for the rides at the Disney parks. I would highly recommend groups going to Disney World use a travel agent. It will save you time and could also save you money on your Disney group vacation. The reason I recommend using an agent is because it is difficult to link several different traveling parties in a group into one working theme park experience with FastPass+. We recommend Pixie Vacations. They are an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner and can help you setup your Disney World Group Event or Group outing. Also as a family reunion, corporate event, or just group of friends that all want to expereince Disney together, your agent can also book your dining, and even special events, meeting space, and group activities.

We also cover FastPass+ for Military and UK visitors on this show.

  • My Disney Experience – How to get Fastpasses pre-booked when you only have a voucher?
  • How do you buy Disney Military park tickets if you are not close to a military base?
  • We also cover the Disney World Ride and Attraction Closures for this summer.

  1. Hey guys,

I just finished listening to the most recent episode and may have an answer to Samantha’s question about linking paper vouchers to use FastPass+ and My Disney Experience. Within the last month I purchased the Florida Resident Three Day Park Hopper and received a voucher to exchange for a real ticket when we get to the park. I attempted to use the number listed on the voucher to link them to our My Disney Experience profile but was unsuccessful. After getting two separate people from Disney on the phone we discovered that you can use the confirmation number on the original e-mail you get shortly after the initial purchase of the tickets. If you purchase your tickets online, this seems to be the only number that will work. This may not work for those in the U.K. as I do not know what process you must go through to purchase tickets but if you received a confirmation number, it’s worth a shot.

I hope this helps someone out.

Thanks for the podcast and all the best,
