David, one of our listeners and a DVC rental broker, wrote in and wanted to make sure everyone knew about the benefits of using a rental broker, some of which include:
1) we are available by toll free telephone to assist with any situations at time of check in
2) we can assist in finding immediate alternate accommodations if the reservation is not honored
3) we guarantee 100% of each guest’s funds, which can be used towards finding alternate accommodations or refunding in full
4) our member’s do not receive their full funding until the guest has checked in
5) we have a compliment of resources to go after any member who fails to honor their obligation to a guest
