- If you are going to Walt Disney World around Christmas or Thanksgiving, be prepared for crowds. Don’t expect to get on every ride, but planning ahead by setting up FastPass+ reservations and Disney Dining Reservations will make your vacation so much more enjoyable.
- Start your Disney World Park day early during the holidays. You will want to be at “Rope Drop” at the Extra Magic Hours Park for that day. If for example the Magic Kingdom as extra magic hours in the morning, be at the park ready to go and hit the hard to get on attractions. Then use your fastpasses for 11 AM on when the crowds are in the park. Extra Magic Hours are for Disney Resort Guest only and you will need your Disney Resort MagicBand to enter before the normal crowds.
- Enjoy the little things. Leave the Disney parks when the crowds start arriving and enjoy your Disney resort pool, a nice sit down lunch or dinner, or check out the other Walt Disney World resort decorations.
