Disney Springs and Disney’s BoardWalk are getting their biggest refresh in years during 2026. The headliners: Six Ravens (a savory concept from Gideon’s Bakehouse), LEVEL99 — a 45,000-square-foot game palace opening June 29, 2026 — and Hurly-Burly, a new waterfront lounge at the BoardWalk. On this week’s Mouse Chat, we break down every new spot and exactly when it opens.

What We Cover This Week

Disney Springs is leading the way on food. The one everyone’s watching is Six Ravens, the mysterious savory spin-off from Gideon’s Bakehouse. Signage is now installed at the former Art of Shaving space in The Landing, just doors from the original Gideon’s, and the signature item is the “Coffyn” — a hand pie wrapped in a house-made yeast roll, served with smashed potatoes and dips. Drinks include local beers from Orlando’s Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig. Heads up for planners: it’s grab-and-go, no reservation, and not on the Disney Dining Plan. Morimoto Asia is also adding Kakigori Kool, a Japanese shaved-ice cart, this summer.

On the entertainment side, LEVEL99 takes over the old DisneyQuest / NBA Experience building — and it’s the chain’s largest location yet: 60-plus challenge rooms and duels across a two-story, 45,000-square-foot space, plus a full restaurant and bar. It opens June 29, 2026, with tickets starting at $29.99 and the first 500 opening-day guests receiving a commemorative pin. Retail is expanding too, with athletic brand Vuori arriving this summer and Columbia Sportswear reopening July 24.

Then there’s the big one: Disney finally confirmed the long-rumored Disney’s BoardWalk additions, all starting in late 2026. Hurly-Burly is a waterfront lounge inspired by a historic seaside theater — trivia and family games by day, live music for guests 21 and up at night, filling the gap left when Jellyrolls closed in April 2025. A new Basin bath-and-body shop is coming with make-your-own soaps and bath teas, plus a still-unnamed quick-service restaurant Disney has confirmed but not detailed.

We close with the practical stuff: Good to Go Days returned for summer 2026 (June 25, 28, and 29) letting Annual Passholders visit without a park reservation, subject to blockouts; Disney Springs resort-bus verification came back June 28 and is now permanent, which makes resort-hopping harder; and there are first looks at the pool and lazy river for the upcoming Disney Lakeshore Lodge, slated for 2027 in the Bay Lake area.
