Hi Lisa, Steve, Sharpie and Chris Wood. Loved the podcast(We answer your Disney Questions, 4/26/16)! You all are doing great as usual. Thanks for the nice comments about me. Brought a big smile to my face. I had such a FANTASTIC time on Dapper Day with my Beautiful Hostess Chris Wood. Actually, ALL the ladies were beautiful. Meeting Chris Wood was the HIGHLIGHT of my trip. Already booked (thanks Chris Wood at Pixie Vacations)for the MouseChat meet in December. So looking forward to meeting Lisa, Lauren, Steve, Sharpie and seeing again Chris W.. As mentioned before, THANK YOU for all that you all do. I know it is a lot of work and it is appreciated. Can’t wait until the next great podcast. Continued success. Love you all. Ed
Thanks Ed. 🙂
Dapper Days sounds like it was a blast. I know Chris had a great time, she loves those things. Hope to see you in December at the Mouse Chat meet up.
Steve
Hi guys! Love the podcasts by the way and miss Bob (sorry Chris!) but anyways I was wondering if you can still get the additional fast pass for Be Our Guest lunch and if so how do you go about this? I was thinking it did not count towards your 3. I tried to add it and it tells me I have hit my max on each of us going. Is this even still available or am I doing something wrong?
Also was wondering how ordering a pizza at Via Napoli counts on the dining plan? Is it one table credit per person for a pizza?
Thank you!!
As I understand, you are a travel agent? How much do you normally save a customer on a Disneyworld trip? We just booked by ourselves a trip to Disneyworld (June 1-9) at PopCentury. Four adults, park hopper, disney dining plan. It was around $4800.
Thanks for your answer.
Hey there, Mousechateers!
Thanks for keeping such a great podcast going for so long. It always gives me at least one thing to look forward to on a Monday! I’ve been to WDW probably dozens of times (almost as many times in total as Chris Wood visits each year,) and my last trip, this past September, was the very first time I ever used an agent to book – your very own amazing Lauren Masarik! The planning is getting more and more complicated, and she knew all the tricks. We booked free dining, my first time ever using the dining plan, and her suggestions were all spectacular. We saw Wishes from Narcoossee’s porch before dessert, and Illuminations from La Hacienda de San Angel. I can’t wait to go back – after I talk to Lauren again.
I have a question that might take too long to answer. But, with all the new attractions and lands going into the parks lately, I was wondering what everyone’s favorite “old school” feature is, be it an attraction, a character experience, a restaurant – anything that’s been around a while and might be a little overlooked. I think mine has to be the Electrical Water Pageant. It’s so cute and classic and under-appreciated. It’s just not a trip to Disney if I don’t get to see that sea serpent!
Thanks, again, everyone – keep up the fantastic chat!
–Matt
P.S. Is the bar in Tower of Terror really confirmed, not just rumor??
My wife (Karen) is a Disney “boss” and I am retired military. We booked a 7 day from 4 Dec to 11 Dec. she found out you guys were going to do your meetup on 3 Dec and Whoopie Goldberg was hosting the Candle Light procession that night. She called to add the 3rd of Dec to the package on 16 Aug. WDW planners informed us there was NO rooms available at the Coronado (original reservation) or ANY other moderate or economy resort. How is that possible on one of the lightest travel weeks of the year. We have been to WDW over 50 times since 2005. How could they be pushing Discounts and “please come hither” deals with no rooms? What’s up with that?
Hi, Oliver,
Certain resorts sell out really fast when a Disney discount comes out. We have a long list of clients that we switch over if a better discount comes out for them to save them money and also on the day of a new Disney World vacation offer we get lots of people wanting to book that offer. We literally spend hours on hold all day with Disney to get everyone the best Disney deals. So I can see why these offers can book up very quickly.
If you are working with a Mouse Chatter Pixie agent, they can price the latest Disney World offers that are available and check different resorts, categories, etc.
Have a great day
I love mouse chat it’s so funny and everyone is so kind and so happy all the time. I just have one question when is the best to go to Disney for the least amount of money?
Watch for the special Maggie.
Or book a vacation with a Mouse Chatter / Pixie at Pixie Vacations and they will watch for the specials that fit your travel dates and get you taken care of.
My sister has a spin thing with minnie on the top for 6 years and it still has battery!
this is a chat on the 1/9/17 post on tune-in
